Preseason Workouts

Preseason workouts will start on Wednesday September 4th for any wrestler not currently in a Fall sport. Weights will be Monday-Thursday from 2:30-3:30PM with open rooms to follow a couple of days a week. Please see Coach Hill if you have any questions!
