2021 MSHSAA Class 3 State Championship Results

The KMO Boys team competed in the Class 3 State Championship on Friday 3/12 at Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence, MO. The Bulldogs finished the tournament in 8th place as a team with 3 individual state medalists.

Junior Eli Ashcroft finished the state tournament as the 132 STATE CHAMPION. See the Courier-Tribune write up about him here.

Senior Garrett Deason finished the state tournament at 145 with a 4th place medal. He finishes his career as a Bulldog with 4 state medals. Deason has been selected to represent Team MO in the 29th Annual Metro Classic Senior All-Star Dual tonight at Avila University.

Senior Ben Locke finished 4-1 on the day with a 5th place medal at 152. He finishes his career as a Bulldog with 2 state medals in his 3 trips to state.

Juniors Daryn Langford and Zach Olson round out the qualifiers for the Bulldogs but missed the podium this season.
