Summer conditioning has begun!
Workouts will be Monday - Thursday each week throughout the summer except dead weeks.
All athletes will need to report to the football field at their designated time (see below). Athletes will practice social distancing guidelines and coaches will review safety practices and divide athletes into groups. Athletes will need to provide their own water bottle.
Designated times:
10-12 Football 7:00-9:00AM 10-12 Athletes/9th Football 9:30-11:30AM 8-9 Athletes 12:00-1:00PM
